There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee report with limited powers of free conference, thus adopting CCSHB78, and recommended that the members vote yes. Representative Mackie placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report?" The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. The Senate has adopted the Conference Committee report (page 1845 of the Senate Journal). CCSHB 78 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
